Since I'm actually not trying to run fast for just 500m, my lack of progression in that category is not yet worrisome. Both October and November have been scientifically coached months for me. I have a 5k race this month in a Santa Suit on Saturday Dec 11 in Burlington.
Nice job buddy. Keep those miles coming!!!
ReplyDeleteHOLY CRAP! You've doubled your miles since September!! AWESOME!!
ReplyDeleteAndrew as a skinny Santa, looking forward to those pics!

ReplyDeleteWhoo hoo! Go, Andrew!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the Santa Suit pictures!
Hi Andrew, you need a passport to cross into Lesotho. For the race our race numbers acted as passports. We were monitored closely by SA and Lesotho Police at the border.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I too am looking really forward to the Santa suit pictures ;)
WOW...those are some great numbers. Way to go!!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't get too hung up on the 500s yet since you are making progress in all other areas. That will fall into place once you maintain your base for a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteGo Santa!Keep it up!
Great numbers! Keep up the good work :)
ReplyDeleteWHat emz said! Doubling your mileage--wowzers. And I noticed the weight loss is steady. Very impressive. Graphing like that can really help see the progress. Nice work.

ReplyDeleteWho gives a crap about a 1 second slower 500? Maybe you tripped on a crack in the sidewalk.
ReplyDeleteIt's the double KM's and -15 pounds that matter.
