  19. Looks perfect Andrew, all the best!

The flowers at Artur's seat is for Arthur Newton, 5 times Comrades winner in the 1920's. Legend has it it used to sit down for a break at that spot during his Comrades runs. Today his spirit sits there on Comrades day watching the runners go by. If you greet him and leave a flower you are certain of a great 2nd half. You can read my post about him here: http://runtallwalktall.blogspot.com/2010/02/newtons-3rd-rule-train-first-for.html

  21. There's a few Commenters here who I wouldn't mind posting pics of them getting scammed.

Remember when you used to convert your times to non-Metric for us American's. You training strategy looks, um, I have no clue. I do trust Jill though.

Hey Andrew, after falling for that scam, sounds like you're ready for Wildflower: http://www.active.com/triathlon/Articles/Wildflower_-The-Woodstock-of-Triathlon.htm

...at least ready to volunteer at the aid station...

(note the last "Need-To-Know Secrets" at the end of the article...)
