Burlington Santa Suit 5k Race Result

Improved on my 11 week old PR by 35 seconds!  Thanks Jill!

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone.  I read them this morning when I was getting dressed.

  18. CONGRATS!! I knew that you could do it. I just knew it. NOW, just think how fast you would be if you trained specifically for the 5K distance (assuming that I read your previous post right in that you focused more on weight loss etc and not on speed)
