Help!!!

I've been so busy, that I haven't had time to follow blogs or post.  I'm missing all the humor, jokes, points-of-view and RUNNING.  I have all of 8 days left until my sub-30m 5k run and it's not going so well.  I'm still in training and will post my training on the weekend.  But that doesn't mean much since I ...

Don't phyc yourself out. 8 days is a ton of time before a 5K. Trust your training/trainer and you'll hit it.

With regard to being busy, well we all get busy every now and........

You're going to be great! I have found that the races I stress over and worry about the most end up being my best runs. So just go out there and run run run!

Buddy...you're going to be just fine. And in the meantime...we'll wait for you.

TRY not to stress out so much - easy for us to say, huh? But you've been training a ton - do the best you can with the day you're given!

Keep on sticking to what you're doing. It'll come. I hope it comes in 8 days for you. At least you're running...I'm relegated to only reading about running since I haven't been able to run for a week.

Your body is good to go - don't let your head try to convince you otherwise. Best of luck!

Just DO YOUR BEST. You'll still be "Star Runner" to me whether you run 29:59 or 30:01. I think you'll surprise yourself with your time.

Oh, and did my comment about the cold temperature affecting your legs spark you to do a whole statistical analysis in that other post? I have to admit that I LOL'd and told my hubby about it (he has an MBA and likes that kind of stuff). Thanks for all of the effort in that--I found it really interesting. When you are less busy, I'll have to find out how you post all of your cool charts and graphs.

I can't wait to see that 29:XX! post:) Ann

Wondering where you went. Do you miss my potty humor? Fart, poop. There you go.

You are in huge trouble. I'd give up running and blogging altogether.

Too bad, I liked you when you were cool.

You have some awesome friend here supporting you - it's in you, Andrew - gotta let the head games go. Your run yesterday was tough - but it was suppose to be - yet you did it! It was not suppose to be easy! I couldn't be more happy!!! Oh crap, I wasn't suppose to use excessive exclamation points per your latest post!!!!!
