Today is a meatless fast day for me - but where does my protein powder fit in all this?

Protein powder fits in everywhere just fine.
What's a goblet squat?
protein powder should be ok. A goblet squat is that with a weight? You Canadians are different ;)
fast day for me too, I actually get a lot out of Lent. Good luck with the workout: )
I'm giving up meat except fish for Lent, so today starts meatless for me too, eat beans and eggs...that will help with the protein!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the reminder Andrew!
Enjoy that SOY powder =D
Looks like some solid strength training.
Fast Day for me too! I love this time of year when I can get some great fish deals.
Really, that's all the leg work I gave you? Egads, I must work on that for next week!!!
Remember that Isopure I told ya about? 50g of protein baby!!!
Ooh, mountain climbers with burpees, nasty!
Can you have dairy on a meatless fast day? If so you're fine with the protein powder. Assuming it's not made of ground up steak ;)
Unless you put ground steak in your protein shake I think you will be okay, it's the turning from sin and repenting part that you should worry about. HAHAHAHA Just teasing you.
Looks like a pretty good workout to me (even if there isn't any running involved, lol)
My trainer was teaching me proper goblet squat form today and I almost killed him, it was so hard.
pretty impressive workout I would say, I would be dying at the end of that!
your protein is probably whey, not meat. it's all good
you can go soy protein and also what Lisa said. Whey is made from shellfish...
I how you honored Ash Wednesday and posted your numbers with the transition between the two being the "...unto dust you shall return..." and "But before then...."--brilliant--thanks for the laugh.
Both whey and soy protein powders are fine.
Your running is fine, too.
I didn't fast :( I probably should have.
My little man was baptized yesterday! I'll forward you a link to my wife's blog that has a few good pictures.
