Hot Dog we have a wiener!

MY OFFICE BUILDING HAS A SHOWER AND THERE'S LIKE 30 PAIRS OF RUNNING SHOES SCATTERED ALL ALONG THE BENCHES!!!!!   I HAVE DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN!

PLUS IT'S GOT A WHOLE WALL OF THESE:

Let me tone this down a bit.  I think the Rapture actually did happen, and I have been very very good!  Oh Thank You Lord!

Yehaw ... take your pick ... I just took a pair of Brooks, but they're too tight! Duncan St. Between Chum and Metro Hall.

Great find...I think my next gig is going to have to have a membership to a gym near the office or something similar, and not have an issue with 2 hour lunch runs a few times a week.

Of course the Rapture happened, several billion years ago! This is heaven, only some of us have to get free running shoes to notice they are in heaven. :)
Andrew, you are one lucky dude. I am not sure where I ended up yet. I think I am somewhere in between.

They left shoes for you? Sweet.

FOR SURE Bread & Honey has proper chip timing -- no worries! It is a very fun event. Hope you've registered and I can see you there.

Now to figure out why I can only comment on some blogs but not others...

I'm still on my way (Trailway :)) to Heaven. Congrats on the great find. Oh, and, any of the other shoes that go unclaimed--consider taking them to a running store that takes used running shoes and donates them to communities in need of shoes (we have one here called "Soles for Souls," among others).

I tried to put a comment yesterday on your other post and Blogger wouldn't let me, so I'll put it here since I seem to be signed in for comments at last!

Wow, 10 mile training run! Now, there's no excuse to not finish the SHORTER :) 15K with a kick :))).
Nice that you found a non-concrete place to run on with TREES/GREEN!! The greenery will help give you better air to breathe compared to running in the midst of buildings and cars!

Thanks for the note on the star pics--appreciate that you thought to check in on me given the recent absence of new posts on my blog--hope to get something up soon. Happy running, Ann

Good for you. Don't really understand the situation of the shoes but a shower I can understand.

It's the only reason for me to choose a running course near my own place so that I can take a shower afterward.

To answer your question, the Sansa clip weighs twice as much as the iPod shuffle. 0.97 ounces compared to 0.44 ounces.

Oh, man...I'm so working in the wrong place. We do have lots of lockers, but they have kids' books and stuff in them, and none of the leftover clothes (lost and found) fit me. Maybe if I took a job at the middle school or high school...
