Some Good News

I ran today on a very tough 91°F (feel like 97 °F) run to a new area of the map - Queen's Park.  The picture of King George at the end was part of our Frosh initiation a couple of decades ago.  We had to kiss the horses private parts!

More good news, they checked the videos and the pictures and it turns out my results have been input into the race results.

Glad they have the tech to sort out your finish!

Lots of photos of you!

(Yow..wou are a massive heel striker...I worry. You might want to ask Jill about that 8/)

Felt like 97? I hope you were scantily clad.

How picturesque! At least pretty views could maybe help distract from the heat? I don't know - I'm melting just thinking about it!

So at least your race is official now.
97F, so how much is it in C? I still can't translate those easily. But even 91F is not the temp I would like to run in. I melt too easily.

I'm always impressed at how many pictures you take on your runs. Where do you put that thing when your pounding out mileage? Great pics! (Thanks for NOT zooming in on the horses parts. ;)

You mean your not always supposed to kiss the horse's privates? Sh*t...

My son used to call that a darp. As in 'mommy, that horse has a big darp.' But he never kissed it…at least not that I am aware.

That looks like a lovely run.

Yeah, cuz kissing a big block of bronze is such a turn on....

No wonder you are so fast... you are flying in three of those pictures.

Mice pics. Duh, it's Canada. I now need to go read the older post about this race drama.

I'm glad that none of your race pics have you losing your lunch! Maybe even if they were in there at first they were edited out? haha

Yikes! That temperature is even worse than ours...I can't believe you ran in that.

Glad they made your time official.
