10-Miler

Don't forget to join the 2-minute Burpee Challenge.

Ran another 10-miler in training today. Beat my old 16-km PR by 7 minutes and 16 seconds!

Miles 3&4 were supposed to be at Marathon Pace, be dumbass me, picked the toughest uphill part of the run to do 3&4, did I mention it was into the wind and blowing snow (and locusts ... and mustard gas ...)

I got lead-feet just after Mile 10 and it was absolutely awesome!!!!!

and here I am waffling over a little 2 miler in what is likely a thimble-full compared to your snow bucket. You are rather awesome, you know.

You are the man and thank you for removing whatever flash thing you might have had going because I can now get your blog to load quickly on my Mac.

You sure have been busy! So much to catch up on. Nice job on your run, even though you had to deal with those pesky locusts. The locusts should know better than to get in your way! Teehee.

Wow - I go away for two weeks and look what I return to! Killer 10-milers and burpee contests. Well done, Andrew. You are doing great things around here!
I think I used to play soccer in your neighbourhood. That was before Port Credit got developed with condos and a kid could still afford to rent there. ;)

Andrew, you are improving so much. Over 7min faster! Wow. Must be all that weight you had lost. Well, training hard helped some too, I am sure.
Congrats.
