30:48 and a Santa Suit...that is awesome! Congrats on the PR Andrew :)
Nothing can be better than a Santa suit 5K. Reminds me of that Jackie Chan movie "The Tuxedo"
Well done!
Ho, ho, ho! Great job!
[and to answer your question, read Kipling a long time ago; a very long time ago]
Congrats, nothing is better than a PR!!
Except of course a PR in a Santa suit :D
Great job on a new 5k PR

Must have been fun, eh? Good job with the shiny new PR....did you know you were on track for that 11 seconds? We wanna hear the blow by blow..

Ho-Ho-Ho Way to Go!
Great job!
Great Job, Andrew! You are really improving!
Nice job Andrew. You continue to improve. I met Jill last night and told her that she's being entirely too soft on you. Just a friendly warning :-)
You are awesome! :)
Excellent time!!! Must see photos soon!
Well done Andrew, super!
Can't wait to see the pictures and congrats on a sweet PR!
Hi Andrew,
Congrats on another great 5K race:) Yay for PR's!!
Nice job on the PR - and in a Santa suit no less!
Congrats on your new PR!!!!!
Nice! Maybe that Santa Suit helped with your aerodynamics! ;)
CONGRATS!! I knew that you could do it. I just knew it. NOW, just think how fast you would be if you trained specifically for the 5K distance (assuming that I read your previous post right in that you focused more on weight loss etc and not on speed)
Great job! Congrats on a PR!
Congratulations! Way to go on the PR. Can't wait for the race report and video!
