for Waterloo 5k/10k Oktoberfest Run on Sunday October 17th, at 9:30 am
And I'm entering the Clydsdale/Weight-Lifter/Fat(Big-Boned*)-Guy Category! The slowest guy in my age group last year was 15 minutes(!) faster than my best 10k training time.
Looks like I might be able to pick up the pace for the first 4k as it's almost all down hill!

FYI, I am well over 200 pounds myself right now :) you could be running the race with me :)
HAHA, good luck buddy. I hope you have fun and remember the finish man, last half mile start inching up the pace, last 400m its ALL OUT. You will shave 10 seconds or more off your time no doubt.
We will be racing at the same time, I will be thinking of you as I am running!
